Terms of Service for StarScan Software-Plus

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StarScan Software-Plus (the "Software"), the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. License Grant

The Company grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for lawful QR code and barcode scanning and generation, for personal or commercial purposes.

3. Prohibited Uses

The user shall not use the Software to:

• Scan malicious QR codes or barcodes designed to compromise devices or systems
• Bypass any security, access control, or authentication mechanisms
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCURACY OF SCAN RESULTS, COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL DEVICES, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STRAVIX SYSTEMS INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $50).

6. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
