1. General Policy on Refunds
Stravix Systems Inc (the "Company") does not issue refunds for digital software purchases, including but not limited to premium feature unlocks, subscription fees, or removal of advertisements, once the transaction has been completed by Google Play.
2. Google Play Refund Window
If the Software was sold for a fee (not free), refund requests must be directed to Google Play within forty-eight (48) hours of the purchase transaction. After such period, refunds are at the sole discretion of Google Play, not the Company.
3. Technical Issue Exceptions
If the Software fails to perform its core scanning or generation functions due to a verifiable defect in the Software itself (and not due to user device hardware, operating system version, unsupported QR code formats, or malicious code), the user may request a refund by following the procedure in Section 4 below. The Company reserves the sole right to determine whether a defect qualifies for a refund.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund under Section 3 above:
- Uninstall the Software from the device.
- Send an email to darrisha@stravixinc.com with the subject line:
REFUND REQUEST– StarScan Software-Plus– [Google Play Order Number] - Include the following in the email body:
- Google Play order ID
- Date of purchase
- Detailed description of the defect
- Device model and operating system version
5. No Physical Returns
Because the Software is a digital product downloaded via Google Play, no physical return is applicable or accepted.
